NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 16th February 2007 Caistor Town Council made the following Orders under Section 55(1) of The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 which apply to the land described below.  The Orders will come into force on 19th March 2007:-
 
Dogs Exclusion Order
Location:-  South Street Park. 
The effect of the Order is to make it an offence for a person in charge of a dog to permit the dog to enter or to remain on any land to which the Order applies.
 
Dogs On Lead Order
Location:-
1.  All of the Sports Ground, North Kelsey Road (including the 3.5 acres of “free play” area)
2.  Millfields Play Ground
The effect of the Order is that a person in charge of a dog shall be guilty of an offence if, at any time, on the land to which this Order applies, he does not keep the dog on a lead. 

 

Penalty
Any person committing a breach of the Orders will receive a Fixed Penalty Notice of £50 or may be liable, upon prosecution, to a Level 3 Standard Fine of up to £1,000.
